Naveen Andrews (born January 17, 1969) is an actor from London, England; the oldest of two brothers, he showed an interest in acting at the early age of 5. At 16, Naveen was accepted into London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. His first acting role was in London Kills Me (1991). He was nominated in the Evening Standard Drama Awards as Most Promising Newcomer for his part in Wild West (1992), and for The Buddha of Suburbia (1993), he was nominated for best actor at the San Remo Film Festival.
